about... TOLEDO BEND SPILLWAY
Gene is a retired drilling engineer and dam engineer. He painted the Toledo Bend Spillway from a photo taken by John Payne while he was working at Sabine River Authority.
He is now in Arnaudville LA with his wife and spends much of his time developing his painting and drawing skills.
